Journalist request to female runners

A slightly different request this morning from a journalist who will be writing an article for a forthcoming issue of Women's Running:

Fitness writer Hazel Sillver is doing a feature on 'The benefits of trail running for depression' for the December issue of Women's Running magazine.

If you have reduced or conquered depression by regular trail running and would be willing to speak to her about it, please contact her at hazelsillver@hotmail.co.uk.
