Numbers for this seasons winter cross country.
Can anyone intending to run any of this season cross country races please pick up a number in advance on any Monday or Wednesday club run evening from the rowing club. One number covers all races. This will help make race days much less stressful for Paul and the organising team.
If you haven't entered the cross country races in the past they are highly recommended . A series of testing but beautiful courses with a great team spirit and the chance to keep yourself sharp over the winter months !
This years fixtures are as follows - details on individual races will follow .

Many Rivers to Cross....
If you aren't heading to Swansea this weekend there is an alternative near Presteigne hosted by our friends in Presteigne Pacers. The annual 2 Rivers Run takes place at 11am with a T shirt as compensation for your efforts. Worth a trip if you are at a loose end , its a nice run and you dont even have to swim any of the rivers.
