Sat 25th May 1.pm Meet Burghill primary School - put up marquees, loos on site, set up course and most of road signage - 3 teams. Sunday 26th May. Junior race 2 pm organised by HAC - but impacting on main race. The main race starts 3pm - runners start arriving around 1pm.
11 am - final check/ road signs in place, last minute farting around
1pm . Ralph, Harry, Bill car park. Brent Lowson on junction just past the school at the left turn for car park.
1pm Dave Hider , Nic Goodwin, and Jerry Jehan all on-site - look after site access , set up water and keep traffic flowing towards the car park
1.pm Pete and Ellie Nugent and Jo Ellis registration - junior race will look after themselves separately.
Dave Hider, Nic Goodwin, Jerry Jehan keep an eye on approach and school access - no marshal parking - contractors only.
Course marshals - plans all below with everyone hopefully listed except those who aren’t sure yet. Please be at school by 2pm for vest pick up - and pop back afterwards - we have a bottle of beer for everyone to say thanks!
