Tonights club run will be Belmont Woods IN REVERSE

Alternatively there will be a speed session at the Track starting at 6.30 p.m.

Drills, strides then 4x200 30 secs recovery, 2x400, 1 minute recovery, 1x800 2 minutes recovery, 2x400, 1 minute recovery, 4x200 30 secs recovery.
