Tonights club run will be Grafton Lane


Alternatively there will be a speed session at the track led by the Tri club starting at 6.30

6 x 7mins as 1 min slow jog, 1 min build, 5 mins at 5km pace - 36 mins for the main session plus warm up and cool down
