Alternatively there will be a speed session at the track starting at 6.30:

- Led by the Tri club:

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 2 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 3 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 4 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 5 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 4 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 3 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

1 min slow jog, 1 min build 2 mins at 5km pace (or faster)

37 mins for the main session plus warm up and cool down
