The alternative speed session will start at the track at 6.30:

4 x 200 – 30 seconds recovery

2 x 400 – 1 minute recovery

1 x 800 – 2 minutes recovery

2 x 400 – 1 minute recovery

4 x 200 – 30 seconds recovery
