Start 6:30pm people park local say at the Range. 5 minute gentle warm up jog on level or (run out from club 20 minute)
8 minute up and over hill and back maintaining 80% effort at all time (incl downhill)
3 minute recovery

5 minute gentle cool down jog on level or (run back to club 20 minute)
