The club run will be Westfaling street in REVERSE


The alternate speed session will be led by Hereford Tri club starting at 6.30 on the Athletics Track:
Tri Club session 3

Rising 5s

Warm up including drills
5/6/7/8 x (1 min slow jog, 2 mins smooth build, 2 mins hard at 5k pace or faster)
Cool down including ease down from last rep
Total 45 to 60 mins depending on reps completed (finish if the speed quality goes)
