Super 8 Summer Series

Wye Valley Runners :  Super 8 Summer Series

This is a new  competition for members of Wye Valley Runners and there will be prizes for the first three men and first three ladies which will be presented at the AGM.

The 12 races selected for the Super 8 series are listed below and cover a range of distances from 6 miles to half marathon with running surfaces varying from road to cross country to multi terrain.

 Points will be allocated as follows:

Male: 1^st WVR finisher : 25pts, 2^nd WVR finisher: 24pts etc

Female: 1^st WVR finisher: 25pts, 2^nd WVR finisher: 24pts etc

Members must wear a club vest and complete a minimum of eight races. The eight best scores for each competitor will count towards the final Super 8 Summer Series league position.

 Selecting 12 races allows as best we can for absences due to marshal duty or holidays.
