There will be a marshals meeting at 9.45am at the Start Line to advise where you will marshal on the course. Please be on time as we have 3 trips into the wood to get you into the right place.
Please wear warm clothing and bring a hot flask its always cold up there at this time of year.
With over 70 Wye Valley Runners participating we are short of volunteers please help if you can.
