Mike Speake (Builth & District R.C.) is the Race Director for the next XC League event to be held at Fforest Fields next Sunday. He has held talks with the Barstow family (the owners of the camp site) and they have generously agreed to allow the runners to use the newly built shower and toilet facilities on the premises. Their only request is that the runners do not enter the new building wearing spikes or muddy footwear.Please pass on this information to your runners and, if they would like a more civilised departure after a XC race, they need to bring along a towel and travel home fresh and clean (and possibly exhausted !). Things are much more refined on the western side of the border.Hot drinks etc. will be available.Many thanks to the Barstow family for their kindness, co-operation and hospitality in allowing us to run one of our league races on their premises.
