We have now reached the entry limit for the Muddy Woody 6 and very much regret that we are unable to accept any additional entries for this event. We have now withdrawn the entry form from our web site.

Curry Night Xmas Fiesta

In order to ensure that Wye Valley’s best athletes are in tip top condition for the New Years Day 10k Bousty and Brian organised a session of ‘curry loading’ after our Wed night training run. Bousty and Brian cast doubt on the conventional wisdom of carbo loading and believe curry loading followed by a trip to the Barrels will bring success on Sunday !! A party size of 38 enthusiastic souls devoured all the Curry and Nan bread the Taste of Raj could throw at them and we look forward to seeing a few pb’s on Sunday. Many thanks to Sarah who took the following snaps of the new ‘curry loading’ diet in action.

Thanks to all who participated in last nights fancy dress run it was a great turnout . Thanks to Sarah Bowring for judging and congratulations to our best costume prize winners Susannah Sherwood and Harry Franklin.
Also a very big thank you to Chippy for his generous serving of mulled wine and mince pies.
